Small niggling problems

Two small niggling problems, the temp guage usually at about 82......sometimes goes up to 90-95, slowly, then drops down again...have been told its most likely an electrical problem, not the thermostat............and the other problem, blinkers blink rapidly, yet all the bulbs are working, and when the ignition is switched off the warning light goes out, yet lights up again when I use the blinkers......is this a " besiktning " problem

I guess that the problem is the turnlight relay. I should replace it as the first solution. Next I should take a look at the OWP relay, open it and meld all connections on it. If not work good, replayce it.
